On the 29th of march 2012, the Boghossian Foundation held an exhibition at the Villa Empain in Brussels inviting Lebanese contemporary artists.
Art is the Answer! proposes a selection of works produced by twenty artists, illustrating their vitality which hallmarks present-day Lebanon’s art scene.
Never has Lebanese art enjoyed such keen interest, be it within its borders or beyond them.
Never have the artists of this country, which is so small on a world map, so excelled in the limelight.
With her Object 03 and 04, Strainer Tray and Saj Aleph, Karen Chekerdjian’s contemporary and personal creations have been part of this exhibition.
